Whether it’s a suit-and-tie corporate gala, a massive music festival, or 1-1 speed dating with clients, we’ve operated everything from the first inkling of an idea all the way to taking out the trash after curtain call.
I’ve built stages from scratch, drove forklifts, and rigged speakers while suspended from the ceiling. I’ve operated spotlights, scoreboards, ticketing platforms, craft services, signage, booth sales, and more.
We deliver events with custom-created program content that your sales teams can actually use for months afterward.
We have scaled events for intimate executive sessions and massive trade shows alike by partnering with industry titans to make it happen, ensuring every educational session and trade show booth runs like clockwork.
I have navigated the specifics for groups of 50 to 100 specialists like retail dietitians or food service execs and managed minute-to-minute media coverage for thousands at events like C360. I have been an exhibitor, presenter, host, and showrunner for events at IDDBA, Natural Products Expo West, NACS, Groceryshop, NGA, Sweets & Snacks Expo, and many, many more.
In the events game, something unplanned always happens. That’s why our plans account for that too.
From tiny underground clubs to sold-out arenas, the portfolio includes some of the biggest names in music.
I’ve run shows for names like Drake, J. Cole, Kendrick Lamar, Passion Pit, Childish Gambino, and Chance the Rapper. I have also worked with underground heavyweights like Cristoph, Jeremy Olander, Charles D, Ilario Alicante, and GRUM.
Whether the capacity is 150 or 50,000, I have been in the trenches. If you recognize those names, you know the vibe.
My personal favorite is the ID-ID event series, where artists are encouraged to play primarily unreleased music. Our last iteration of this event was thrown at Mode Miami, where we were completely SOLD OUT. We actually sold more tables than the club had, causing them to build an additional table in the nick of time for our clients.
